Original short films and a mini-series — written, produced and performed by ETC, made specifically for English language learners. Available on demand, with a full activity pack for every title.
Our aim is that students enjoy them and teachers find them worthwhile.
For years we had wanted to make the leap into film. We never quite found the time — until March 2020, when lockdown gave us no choice but to stop, stay put, and finally do it.
The result is our On Screen collection: original films written and produced by us, performed by our actors, in our house style, adapted for the screen. While they are not recordings of our live shows, they do come from them; either as an expansion of the story, a development of a character, or an amplification of themes and subjects from these plays. They are all entirely new scripts written especially for the camera.
