Too Good To Miss
Too Good to Miss is a complete rewrite of two of our most appreciated plays, “Just Good Friends” and “D.I.Y.” It is a story about three good friends at high school, Charlie, George and Molly, who all have artistic ambitions. Molly dreams of being a writer and is always making notes. George wants to be a film director and is rarely seen not filming something. And Charlie has already been an actor in a TV soap, and won’t let anyone forget it.
It’s exam time and their lives are busy. And this is no ordinary day. George is late for school for the very first time, and a love letter written for homework soon causes a misunderstanding, as love seems to be in the air. This is bad enough, but then a sudden text arrives about a Halloween horror short film competition, with a really great prize. It is simply too good an opportunity. It’s simply too good to miss.
Too Good to Miss is one of our most interactive plays where the audience helps George, Molly and Charlie as they try out various ideas for the film. As well as helping them sort out all the confusions that love always causes.
